Purpose-built skill sessions on a clean sheet of ice. High rep, high detail, no wasted laps.

Edge Control

Overspeed turns, inside-out cuts, escape mechanics.

Puck Deception

Layered fakes, weight shifts, deceptive touches.

Game Sense

Read pressure, create space, attack seams.

Programs

Built for todays pace of play

Each session stacks skating, puck skills, and decision making into the same rep so players can transfer directly to real shifts.

Mix and match packages for individuals, small groups, and full teams. Ice is planned down to the second so every touch matters.

Edgework & Acceleration Labs

Maximize first three strides, crossovers out of turns, and balance through contact using small-area patterns and overspeed mechanics.

  • U9U13: edges, posture, glide efficiency
  • U14Junior: acceleration, cutbacks, escapes
  • Ideal in-season micro-dose or off-season block

Puck Skills in Traffic

Layered stickhandling, deception, and puck protection against real pressure, not just cones and open ice.

  • Touch density over pretty patterns
  • Backhand confidence & weak-side reps
  • Finishing in stride from bad ice & bad angles

Team & Small Group Sessions

Practice plans that bolt directly onto your teams structure, focusing on habits that win puck touches and races.

  • Position-specific reps (D pivots, F entries)
  • Video breakdown available on request

Power Edge Pro

Reactive countering. Real game chaos.

Power Edge Pros patented setup forces players to handle the puck, manage edges, and process pressure at the same time, mirroring the chaos of real shifts.

Players are challenged to attack tight spaces, recover speed out of turns, and stay deceptive while their hands and feet are under load.

Edge + Puck + Decision

Every rep blends edges, puck skills, and reads so players stop separating skating and skills.

Reps that matter

Small-area circuits compress more meaningful touches into each minute on the ice.

PEP Session Flow

  1. Dynamic warm-up and edge activation patterns.
  2. Progressive PEP circuits with and without pucks.
  3. Layering deception, passing, and finishes under fatigue.
  4. Competitive small-area games that force creativity.

Who this is for

Skaters who already love handling the puck and want to be dangerous in traffic, not just in open ice.

Attackers who live below the dots Defense who break pressure with their feet Players chasing AAA / junior roles

Training Model

Detail-driven, up-tempo sessions

Sessions are designed like a game: short shifts, quick resets, and constant decision making. Players are cued on details first, then pushed to execute them at full game speed.

Video support and teaching language stay consistent so kids can connect what they feel in practice to what they see on clips and in games.

Small groups mean players get direct feedback on body position, edge angle, stick placement, and timing on every rep.

Constraints-based drills force good habitsshoulder checks, scanning, and deceptionwithout needing to yell them every rep.

Players leave with one or two clear priorities so they know exactly what to hunt for in their next game.
